Lehra’s Rotary Drum Dryer is engineered to efficiently reduce moisture in materials with moisture levels of up to approximately 50%. The system is equipped with a hot air generator powered by wood or briquettes, a screw conveyor for material feeding, and a rotating cylindrical drum fitted with internal lifters to ensure even distribution during drying. A suction fan draws heated air through the drum to facilitate the drying process, while the dried material is collected through a cyclone separator and rotary valve. Moisture removed during drying is discharged into the atmosphere via the exhaust fan.

The dryer is available in multiple models to meet varying production capacities and moisture reduction requirements. It can handle input materials of specific dimensions and features a fully automated system with adjustable output moisture levels, allowing it to be tailored for different industrial applications.
