Recycling Waste Materials for Making
Briquette As for today nobody can produce waste anymore, for
ecological, economic and moral factors. Foundries,
Metallurgical industrial enterprises and craftsman's
establishments, are asked to take waste back into the
energy circuit as often as possible.
Utilization of Agro waste The agricultural residues are produced abundantly
after harvest of each crop in our villages. Most of
these residues are burnt in the open field. However
using Biomass Charcoal Briquetting System, these
residues, can be used for generating an alternative fuel
which is cost effective and environmentally friendly. It
can also add income to the family.
Our Briquetting machines fully and
automatically mixes Agro & Forest Waste from the
complete process as sell as the filter cake from wet
cleaning with appropriate binders and additives and
makes briquettes from them.
Cost Saving and Profitability Waste materials are valuable secondary raw materials
for fuel once they are briquetted. The Briquettes can be
re-used by smelting. Cast iron dust becomes cast iron
again; iron included in filter dusts is reduced and
converted to metal. Toxic materials can be reduced in
volume and converted to vitrified slogs which can be
dumped or for reuse in road construction etc.
